What we collect, and why

The only place this website asks for personal data is the pilot application form. It asks for your name, company, role, business email, company size, current tools, the workflow you would validate first, and an optional description of where your stock and finance numbers disagree.

We use these details for exactly one purpose: to assess whether a controlled pilot makes sense for your operation and to reply to you. There is no newsletter, no resale of data, and no automated marketing sequence behind the form.

How form submissions are processed

Pilot applications are submitted through Formspree, a form-processing service that receives and stores form submissions in our Formspree account and may send submission notifications to us. Retention within Formspree depends on the applicable service plan and settings. We use pilot application data only to evaluate and follow up on pilot fit and retain it only for as long as it remains necessary for that purpose.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page views, referrers, device types and general location information. Vercel Web Analytics stores anonymized analytics data and does not use cookies for visitor identification.

The website itself sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. There are no accounts, no logins and no payments on this site.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and protect the service.

Your choices

If you have submitted a pilot application and want to ask about, correct or request deletion of the information you provided, you can contact us through the pilot form and state that your message concerns a previous submission rather than a new pilot application.
